What does the Lord require of you?  To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.  Micah 6:8

God is calling the church to action

Going to church is not enough

Followers of Jesus are “called out” ones. We are not called to simply go to church, we are called to BE the Church.

We are Called to Engage

Our Culture is more polarized that ever. If we are to be a light and a witness to the World around us we must do more than just watch.

The Church is God’s Answer to the Problems We see

There is a company of people who are saying that they are no longer willing to sit on the sidelines and watch passively as people are harmed daily by violence and brokenness.

It's time for the Church to do what only we can do.

WE DO NOT AGREE THAT tensions, STATISTICS and news reports ARE A TESTIMONY OF THE FUTURE OF our nation.  INFACT, WE BELIEVE THAT THE FIELDS ARE RIPE FOR HARVEST.

The Call to Worship

We believe Worship sets and atmosphere for people to hear God clearly and respond in obedience.

The truest form of worship is found in the Great Commandment.  Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength, and love your neighbor as yourself.  We gather to honor Jesus as the only one worthy of our worship, and we go out and serve the world as a response to His worthiness.

Sometimes this includes music.

The Call to Prayer + Intercession

We believe that Prayer works, and that we will see Tangible results from our prayers.

We agree with the Scriptures that declare that the prayers of a righteous person are powerful and effective. (James 5:16) and we hold fast to the promise of 2 Chronicles 7:14 which declares:

"If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land."

The Call to Justice

We believe that it is The Responsibility of the Church to respond to injustice with practical ACTION.

Our worship must result in loving our neighbor. The Church is called to be the hands and feet of Jesus on mission to serve the vulnerable, the broken and the alone.

To this end, we will also pursue love in action.  So that our faith, would not be without works, which scripture calls dead.
